Welcome to the BC Conservation Foundation Fisheries and Environmental Office in Lantzville, BC
The Fisheries and Environmental team at BCCF’s Lantzville office consists of 6 - 7 core professional staff and numerous seasonal contractors hired during peak operational times. Core staff operating out of the Lantzville office have been highly successful at implementing a variety of research, feasibility, restoration, environmental assessment and monitoring projects and, along with the assistance of seasonal technical support and volunteers, have successfully completed contracts for all levels of government, the private sector, First Nations and NGO/Non Profit groups. Some of these projects have been under prominent initiatives such as the Vancouver Island Steelhead Recovery Plan and the Living Rivers-Georgia Basin/Vancouver Island Program and are on-going today! We have established excellent working relationships with many local First Nations throughout Vancouver Island and value the knowledge and experience they provide BCCF in our joined efforts to conserve fish and wildlife resources.
Our combined experience and vast array of fisheries and environmental contacts will ensure timely and successful completion of your project. Operating as a not-for-profit registered charity, BCCF offers highly competitive rates, innovative and skilled staff, and a commitment to professional services in the best interest of conservation and stewardship of fish and wildlife habitats and populations.
